An amazing experience at Mercure, Sukhumvit, Soi 11 The staff at Mercure Soi 11 are amazing! They are always courteous, smiling and always helpful! So many staff to name and thank! Thank you all for your professionalism. A special thanks to the team at the concierge who assisted with my SIM card issue and Adison who was always helpful and courteous as soon as you entered the hotel lobby.

Can’t say enough about my wonderful stay at Mercure Soi 11. the facility is great, wonderful amenities and everything is super clean and updated. The real big draw here is the staff ., absolutely phenomenal service and hospitality from bell service to VIP lounge, they treated me with the utmost kindness ..,, so i’d like to shout out the winners Top and Adison in bell service .. Don, Som, Kwang and Best were so lovely at the lounge ..,,fun and playful! Bombay at front desk a total sweetheart… so nice and the top prize goes to Jang in housekeeping who kept my room spotless! everything about my stay was perfect ..,, much love doc dan - nyc

Wonderful hospitality and service. The staff is thoughtful and always ready to help. Would like to give a special thanks to Top, Kitt, and Adison at the Concierge and Wanni at the reception. The lounge was refreshing and offered good food and cocktails. Kwang, Don, and all the staff make sure each guest is well looked after The restaurants on the property offer amazing food and service. Lily Fu is run by passionate people, and it shows in the food! The rooms are great and really well maintained by the housekeeping staff. It was an amazing stay at a superb location! Thank you

We had an amazing experience at Mercure, Sukhumvit, Soi 11 The staff is par excellence. They are courteous, helpful, and always smiling. There are too many of them to name everyone. Thank you all! Our special gratitude to Wanni at the reception, Adison at the concierge and Kwang at the lounge. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. These three are truly assets for the Mercure chain and Accor Hotels. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality. This property is very conveniently located with nearby restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and malls. The hotel itself has two great restaurants within the property. Chef Shashiphan runs her kitchen with love and thoughtfulness. The breakfast is very good and there are plenty of options. I mentioned my allergy once, and they made sure to make dishes suited for my health with a smile. Thank you! The housekeeping staff also deserves our thanks for the prompt service and cleanliness. Thank you all for the excellent stay. Really enjoyed and greatly appreciated.

Another good stay here. Breakfast good. A good room upgrade with my platinum membership,and pool facilities. And as usual great service in the executive lounge from Som,Kwang,Dom and Best , quality drinks and nice finger food served as usual with a smile ,still my go to hotel in bangkok 5* as usual
